Bend wires into a variety of curves and angles. The base and handle performs at a high level of torque while allowing the user to exert less resistance in bending metals. This tool consists of 12, 14, 16 20 & 22mm center core dies. Matching outer dies are included.
Create curves and angles in sizing stock for ring and other designs with this strong, versatile ring bending tool set. The bending tool features the bender and six matching precision post & die pairs machined from solid steel and hardened to 45–50 HRC, then nickel-plated for long-term, corrosion-free use. A set of six Delrin® dies is also included. A 24mm shank provides excellent durability.
Insert the die pair you want to use into the appropriate hole and slot on the bender, place your metal between them, and rotate the handle to press the dies together, shaping your workpiece.
The bender may be secured permanently to your bench using the holes that are cast into the base, or secure the bender to a block of wood, then clamp the wood to your bench (hardware is not included). The bender can be secured to your bench vise by first attaching the included mounting block to the bender and then securing the block in the vise. A high-density polyethylene (HDPE) organizer base keeps everything organized and accessible. Light oil on the moving parts is the only maintenance required.
