Individually machined from hardened aircraft aluminum. These precision made frames will maintain their shape and dimensions under maximum temperatures and load variations.
Frame openings are made to accept all standard pre-cut mold rubber available - no trimming required. All frames are 1-7/8” wide x 2-7/8” in length.
Castaldo aluminum mold frames are available with one cavity per frame (1X), two cavities per frame (2X) and four cavities per frame (4X). All three styles are available in thicknesses of 3/4" (19 mm) or 1" (25 mm).
