A unique hardening procedure which allows us to market superior rollers that will perform beautifully.
Our rollers are made from a high quality carbon steel alloy that offers excellent wear resistance and the outer 3mm of the rolls are hardened to 65 HRC for superior deformation resistance.
Precision machined gear box with large reduction makes it easy to roll metal sheet. Handles are forged from solid steel. Gears are not cast but are hobbed from solid steel.
The half-round grooves are machined into the upper roll and are used to form half-round wire often used to fabricate ring shanks.
The 4 square grooves form wire into a profile that is roughly square in profile. Wire so formed is then passed through a drawplate to create round wire or other wire profiles.
Holes are provided in the base of the mill for bolting to your workbench.
